Setting Up Your Organization
Your organization (sometimes called a tenant) is the top-level container for everything you do in Blocx: numbers, domains, messages, mailboxes, API keys, team members, invoices, and balance all belong to it.
You configure it from Settings → General.
Where to find each setting
| Setting | Page |
|---|---|
| Organization name | Settings → General |
| Balance and usage overview | Billing → Overview |
| Payment methods | Billing → Payment Methods |
| Plan | Billing → Plans |
| Auto-recharge | Billing → Auto-Recharge |
| Invoices | Billing → Invoices |
| Team members and roles | Team |
| API keys | API Keys |
| Personal 2FA | Profile → Security |
| Delete organization | Settings → Danger Zone |
Editing the basics
Open Settings → General and you can edit the organization name — it appears on invoices and in the dashboard header. Click Save changes to apply.
Renaming the organization
Updating the name affects the dashboard and future invoices. Existing invoices keep the name at the time they were issued — invoices are immutable for accounting and tax reasons.
If you rebrand entirely, also update your brand display name on each brand at Brand Registry, and any sender addresses you use on verified domains at Email → Domains.
Multi-org accounts
A user account is currently tied to one organization. To work across multiple organizations, create a separate account per organization, or have each org's owner invite your email at Team.
Deleting an organization
Settings → Danger Zone is where you delete the organization. Deletion is permanent and removes all numbers, domains, mailboxes, messages, and team members. We recommend exporting any data you need first from Email → History, Messaging → Reports, and Billing → Invoices.
Numbers are released to the carrier on deletion and cannot be recovered. Verified domains lose their DKIM keys, so you must re-verify if you re-add the domain elsewhere.
