Choosing the Right Plan
Blocx offers two plans: Pay as you go and Enterprise. See current pricing and switch tiers at Billing → Plans, or use the dedicated Choose Plan page during onboarding.

How to choose
- If you're prototyping or running US-only traffic at modest volume, Pay as you go is the right starting point. You'll be billed against your prepaid balance per send (SMS, MMS, email, 2FA verifications, number fees, mailbox fees).
- If you need to send to non-US destinations, exceed the PAYG monthly cap, or want negotiated commercial terms, switch to Enterprise — contact sales from inside the dashboard.
Switching plans
From Billing → Plans, choose Switch on the plan you want to move to. Paid plans bill through Stripe, with proration applied to the period change. A downgrade from Enterprise back to Pay as you go is handled in the same flow.
Capabilities by plan
Each plan enables a set of capability flags — for example, SMS messaging, 2FA, marketing email, multiple verified sending domains, or dedicated email IPs. The current plan card at Billing → Overview shows which capabilities are active on your subscription.
