Managing Your Phone Numbers
The Numbers → Manage page is your inventory. Every number you've bought or ported lives here.
At a glance
The list shows each number alongside:
- Number — the phone number itself
- Capabilities — SMS / MMS
- Messaging profile — current assignment
- Tags — labels for grouping in reports
- Status — current state (e.g., active, unassigned)
- Created date
Sort and filter by column, and use the search bar to find a number by digits.
Per-number settings
Open a number's detail to configure:
- Messaging profile — see Creating a Messaging Profile
- Tags — free-form labels for grouping in reports
Bulk actions
Select multiple numbers with the checkboxes to assign them to (or unassign them from) a messaging profile in a single action.
Inbound webhook routing
When an SMS or MMS arrives, Blocx fires the message.received webhook on any endpoint at Developer → Webhooks that subscribes to it. The payload identifies which number received the message so you can route in your application.
Exporting
Click Export on Numbers → Manage for a CSV of your full inventory. Useful for monthly inventory reviews and finance reconciliation.
